RETURN FOR ANY REASON

You may file a return within the first 30 days of delivery for any reason. A UPS Return label may be provided, however, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. * Please note, you must advise REALROOMS when the item has been dropped off or picked up. Additionally, the return item MUST be in the original box. Then, the full refund will be applied. 

If a product arrives damaged, REALROOMS.com must be notified of the damaged item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.

The following options will be offered:
 

  • Full or partial refund (depending on damages)
  • Replacement parts sent, if available
  • Replace the item in full, if available

Mattresses

Unfortunately, we cannot accept mattress returns. If a return is desired for a mattress product, and was delivered within the 30-day window, please contact customer service. Please don’t make any changes to the product before speaking to a customer service agent.

 

*Return Procedure above is only appliable to products purchased on RealRooms.com. If you purchased a Dorel Home product from any other retailer, please contact that retailer for their returns process.
